CAREER BEYOND Biotech after IITs
Former student of Aadhar student(2005 Batch) Ms. Mrinal pareek is M Sc Biotechnology (2007) from the esteemed institute IIT Roorkee. After about 10 years of working in a corporate space as a top-level executive, working with individuals at various levels of leadership, she recognized her passion of helping individuals. And thus, began her journey of creating a mind-fit society through her brainchild – GaloreUs in 2017.
One of the major objectives of this initiative is to help people know what they want from life and empower them to achieve their goals by unleashing their full potential. GaloreUs supports people in realizing and actualizing their dreams by unleashing their powers and living upto their full potential
On this journey, she realized the importance and need of passionate drivers to empower and strengthen people towards their goals, so she herself formally pursued coach training program from world-class elite institutions and is now a credentialed ACC coach with the International Coach Federation. She is also a member of international empathy trainers’ group that works with the intent of supporting community by organising empathy meets / circles. She believes her education in biotechnology from IIT Roorkee had laid the early foundation of GaloreUs journey long back. Since then she has been studying link between people and science. Accordingly, her work primarily relies on evidence-based science.
She has conducted various workshops, webinars, seminars to support hundreds of individuals to meet their goals in past three years of her journey with GaloreUs. Very recently she compiled and created a free resource to help executives operate smoothly from home environment. She has been coaching and sharing her experiences with leaders to effectively manage teams from home using multiple platforms during these challenging times of Corona fight.
